Common questions
When can I get it?
Healthyfied is in development. It is not in the App Store or Google Play yet. Test builds go to invited testers. Join the waitlist and we will email you once when the beta for your phone opens.
Which phones does it support?
iPhone on iOS 26 or later, and Android phones on Android 8.0 or later.
Do I need an account?
No. An account is optional. You can sign in with Apple (iPhone only), Google, or an email address and password. Sign-in runs on Firebase Authentication. Your training records stay on your phone either way. Healthyfied has no cloud backup or sync in this version.
Where is my data?
Your training records are on your phone. The app uses the internet for sign-in and, if you turn it on, the AI coach. Your phone's own backup may hold a copy, which you manage in your Apple or Google settings. Files you export or share are separate copies too. See the privacy policy.
Does it use AI?
The built-in planner works without AI. It follows fixed training rules on your phone.
The optional AI coach, called Agent, uses your own Anthropic API key, and Anthropic bills your account. The app asks for your permission before it sends any training or profile data to Anthropic. You can turn sharing off, or remove your key, in Agent settings. See the privacy policy for exactly what is sent.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. If you cannot open the app, see Delete your Healthyfied account for the email route. Deleting the account removes your sign-in. Your workouts stay on your phone.
How do I erase the data on my phone?
Export anything you want to keep first. Then delete the app, or use your phone's app-data controls. Backups and exported files have to be removed separately, in your Apple or Google settings or wherever you saved them.
How does the plan choose my weights?
It uses double progression. If you hit the top of the rep range on every set, the next target adds the smallest step your gym setup allows. If you do not, the load stays the same. After two short sessions in a row, it lowers the load by 10%. The first time an exercise appears there is no weight to suggest, so you pick one you could lift for 2 more reps.
Can I mix kg and lb?
Yes. You set the unit for your bars and your plates separately, and the app shows the total in both units. For example, a 20 kg bar with a 45 lb plate and a 25 lb plate on each side is 83.5 kg, or 184.1 lb.
How does the trend line work?
It is a smoothed line through your daily weigh-ins, so one heavy morning does not move it much. The weekly rate of change appears once you have 7 days of weigh-ins.
How do I leave the waitlist?
