Delete your Healthyfied account
An account is optional in Healthyfied. If you made one, you can delete it. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
Delete it in the app
- Open Healthyfied and go to Settings.
- Open Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The app may ask you to sign in again first. That is how we check the account is yours.
If you cannot open the app
Email contact@healthyfied.co with the subject "Delete my Healthyfied account". Send it from the email address you used for your account, and tell us which sign-in method you used (Apple, Google or email).
We may need to check that the account is yours before we delete it. We handle requests as soon as we can.
Never send a password, a verification code or an Anthropic API key. We will never ask for them.
What deletion removes
Deleting your account removes your Healthyfied sign-in account, which is held in Firebase Authentication. That includes the email address and name stored with it.
What stays
- Your training data. Workouts, body weight and measurements, goals and plans are stored on your phone, not in your account. Deleting the account does not erase them. To remove them, export anything you want to keep, then delete the app or use your phone's app-data controls.
- Backups and exports. Copies in your iCloud or Google backup, and files you exported or shared, are separate. Remove them in your Apple or Google settings or wherever you saved them.
- Data already sent to Anthropic. If you used the optional AI coach, Anthropic handles what it received under its own policies and your Anthropic account agreement. Removing your key in Agent settings stops future requests.
- Records others keep. Firebase, Google and Apple may keep some records for security and legal reasons under their own practices.
The waitlist is separate
If you only joined the waitlist on this website, there is no app account. Email contact@healthyfied.co and we will remove your address.
